Rascals Toddler Program

At Rascal’s Toddler Program, our main goal is to make your toddler’s first school experience very special. We provide a warm, loving environment in which a child can grow. Taking care of children between one and three years of age is an amazing experience. The toddler years are a period of self-definition and is a wonderful time of exploration and discovery. We want each child to realize his/her own capabilities.
