Once a grand saloon in the thriving mining camp of Telluride, the Cosmopolitan is now home to the fresh and innovative creations of Chef Chad Scothorn. Serving dinner nightly, this elegant and simple 70-seat Restaurants is located in the Hotel Columbia at the base of the gondola in downtown Telluride. Known locally as “Cosmo,” the Restaurants provides indoor and outdoor dining, plus takeout.
Cosmo offers Happy Hour from 4-5pm daily in the bar area, lobby and outside. The $19 bar steak special is available all night long at the bar only.
Their intimate Tasting Cellar is designed for private parties or events of 12 to 30 people.
