Located steps from the Gondola, this brewery serves Alpine-inspired pub food in a historic 1892 stone building.
Menu favorites include Colorado-sourced brats, alpine mac and cheese, cheesesteak sandwich, and homemade roasted beet hummus. A warm Bavarian pretzel with mustard and beer cheese is a must. The original 1880s mahogany bar is the centerpiece of the brew pub. An antique two-story lift sits in the middle of the room, just as it did nearly a century ago, when Stronghouse was a bustling warehouse.
