The McPhee Reservoir is the second largest in Colorado and is home to a campground situated 500 feet above. The campground has 71 campsites, 24 of which are RV compatible. The area offers restrooms, showers, and a dump station. Open year-round, but there are no services between September and May. 65 miles southwest of Telluride near Dolores and Cortez. 50 reservable sites and 21 non-reservable sites. There is also a boat launch area.
